About Nandita

The woman behind the presence.

For more than two decades, Nandita has guided teams through change, turned messy challenges into momentum, and helped founders and executives lead with confidence. She is practical, principled, and commercial, her path has been built on grit, resilience, and learning how to lead through experience in thoughtful, real-world leadership that actually works. She is here to create meaningful impact, mentor good people into great leaders, and scale businesses that win alone and win more together.

A few things that make me...Me

Because résumés are overrated and quirks are underrated

I plan my holidays like a military operation, but pack like the next chapter of my life depends on linen and lip balm.

I don’t drink coffee, but I do respect the ritual. Catch me sipping piping hot lemon water with ghee and spices like it is a double espresso.

I write in frameworks, think in colour, and feel everything…ummm just not all at once (unless Mercury is in retrograde).

I have never met a cheese board that I did not consider a spiritual experience.

I believe in the healing power of spreadsheets, long walks, and laughing at my own jokes.

My version of small talk usually turns into life talk pretty quickly

My bookshelf is a cocktail of ancient philosophy, business strategy, and...murder mysteries. Balance.

I have been known to deliver a full business strategy between garden snips.

I judge brunch venues by their butter. If it’s not salted and French, we are rethinking the

partnership.

I am suspicious of anyone who does not love garlic, dogs, or well-timed sarcasm.

Presence doesn’t mean perfection. It just means you’ve lived a little.

Person Behind the Presence

Presence, the kind people remember, comes from earned experience.
Nandita’s version is quiet strength, measured words, and clean decisions.

Off the clock you will find her at farmer’s markets, in productive garden beds, reading something sharp, or chasing her golf ball down fairways and ideas that matter. She reads like a scholar, plans like a strategist, and prefers substance over theatre.

What She Stands For

Led by principle, driven by purpose.

Discipline

Honouring what matters, without exception.

Drive

Focused on outcomes that create progress.

Loyalty

Walks with, not ahead of her people.

Respect

For time, truth, and trust.

Integrity

 Measured words. Intentional action.

People strategist

“Strength lies in the impact achieved in how far your decisions echo.” – Nandita Rad
